The Group provides specialist financial and business consulting services to companies seeking public listing or mergers & acquisitions to assist in the development or expansion of their businesses. Together with our subsidiaries and affiliated firms, we deliver a full range of cross-border listing consulting services, with US securities law and audit capability held in-house rather than outsourced.
Since 1998, the Group has served private businesses across the world, promoting the RTO route to the US capital market. Today we operate a streamlined, specialist US advisory platform covering PCAOB audit readiness, SEC registration and reporting, securities offering and securities law, with a boutique engagement model that keeps every client on a senior-led team from day one.
