LWH Consulting Group Limited is a private limited company incorporated in the United Kingdom. LWH together with its subsidiaries, that is our Group is principally engaged in provision of financial and business consulting services to clients who are seeking public listing or mergers & acquisition to assist in the development or expansion of their businesses.
OUR TEAM
With our experienced and professional team (including 2 Vice Presidents namely Anthony Ooi and Jeff Kung), the Group provides compliance and accounting support services to our clients to run their OTC Market listed vehicles to ensure they promptly comply with the SEC reporting requirements.
Mr. Veng Kun Lun,
Executive Director
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lun is the founder of the Group. He was appointed as the executive director and the chief executive officer of our Group. Mr. Lun is primarily responsible for the overall management and formulation of business strategy of our Group. Mr. Lun has over 3 years of experience in provision of company secretarial services in Macau.
Currently, he is the director of Mastermind Business Services Limited (tradename as “Mastermind”), a company incorporated under the laws of Macau SAR, which is principally engaged in provision of company secretarial services, and business solutions, and Macau tax filing services (collective called “Macau business services”). Prior to setting up Mastermind, he was the owner/director of All-In-One Office Solution Co Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Macau SAR, principally engaged in business automation from 2000 to 2014.
He is also the executive director and the chief executive officer of New Asia Energy, Inc., a company listed in the OTC market of the United States. Mr. Lun holds a Diploma in Business Administration. He also was the founder and the president of Green Environment Protection Association of Macau. In 2015, he was invited to be the advisor of Overseas Chinese Federation of Fangchengang & Baise City in Guanxi, China. Mr. Lun established our Group through LWH Advisory Limited in October 2016. Since then he has been in charge of the overall business restructuring advisory and execution of tax planning programs of our clients who are using Macau based operating arms.
Miss Carmen LUM,

Chief Operation Officer
Miss Carmen LUM, was appointed as the executive director and the chief operation officer of our Group. Miss Lum primarily oversees the overall operation functions of the Group. Currently, she is the executive director and the chief financial officer of Step Well Advisory Limited, a Macau corporation which is principally engaged in provision of corporate finance advisory services to various listed and unlisted companies in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asian countries. She also had been the chief financial officer and the director of Glorywin Entertainment Group Inc which is listed in the OTC Market of the United States for the period from April 2014 to August 2015. She is a Practicing Certified Financial Planner with the qualification obtained from the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia. Miss Lum also holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Financial Economics from the University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. She had been a personal banker with United Overseas Bank, Kuala Lumpur office and a business development manager with the Kuala Lumpur office of Allianz Insurance, a German listed company. Miss Lum has over 9 years' experience of private banking and provision of corporate finance advisory services.
Miss CHEUNG Yin,

Chief Financial Officer
Miss CHEUNG Yin, was appointed as the executive director and the chief financial officer of our Group. Miss Cheung primarily oversees the overall financial functions of the group and its clients in terms of SEC reporting and compliance. Prior joining the Group, she was the financial controller of a private group in Hong Kong principally engaged in provision of various financial services including trading of gold bullion. She is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Practicing Accountant of the CPA Australia. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Newport in United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accountancy) from the Charles Sturt University in Australia. She worked for Coastal Greenland Limited which is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange as a qualified accountant for the period of April 2004 to June 2007 and senior accounting manager/accounting manager for the period from September 1995 to March 2004. She has 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management.
